- Follow these instructions to access your Support Portal.
- Locate the section labeled Voicemail Boxes & Call Logs or similar header.
- Call logs are categorized by extension. Locate the extension and passcode for the call logs you would like to view. Note the 4 digit extension number and voicemail passcode.
- Click the link for the Voicemail and Call Logs Portal.
- Enter the extension number and voicemail passcode from the previous step.
- Click Call Logs from the left hand menu.
